Delivery

Methods aims to dispatch orders as swiftly as possible and in the order they are received. While we desire to meet the expected delivery timeframe, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should the delivery exceed 30 days from the order date, please contact us and will resolve any issue.

Prior to placing your order, you will receive information regarding the expected delivery details. Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation including your anticipated delivery specifics.

Prices and Delivery Charges

The prices shown on the Methods Collective website include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) but exclude delivery charges. Each delivery method's cost is clearly stated during the checkout process.

Ordering

Upon placing your order, the provided email address will receive an email confirmation. If unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will notify you promptly. If payment has already been processed for the order, we will initiate a refund using the original payment method. If alternate arrangements are necessary, we will inform you and direct you to contact our Customer Service team for assistance with the refund process.
